Therms and Conditions 

  1. By placing an order through our web page, by email, by phone or by text message you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

  2. Any arrangement is possible from one time, weekly, fortnightly or monthly

  3. We need to operate a minimum order of 20 items. If your bill is less  than this, you will be charged £20.00 per order. 

  4. Payment of your ironing is required upon delivery by cash or PayPal

  5. If a customer is not at home at the mutually agreed collection or delivery time, we reserve the right to add £5 compensation to your bill.

  6. If we have been instructed to leave your items with a neighbour when delivering, we hold no responsibility thereafter.

  7. All items are inspected for damage before ironing. Any iron damaged items included with your laundry will be returned un-ironed. Any other damaged items will not be ironed unless mutually agreed in advance.

  8. We reserve the right not to iron certain items, such as underwear, dirty or damaged garments, items which we deem unsuitable for ironing.

  9. You must provide instructions for items needing special care.

  10. Any missing items must be notified within 24 of delivery. We accept no responsibility for items missing after this period.

  11. An the unlikely event of any garments being damaged we will compensate to a maximum £40 per item, upon production of the receipt showing the original cost

  12. We can not be held responsible for zips, buttons, hems or stitching.

  13. If by any reason you are not happy with the quality of the ironing you must contact us no later than 24 hrs of delivery, and will re do the items you're unhappy with free of charge. 

  14. Your personal information will be used only by us and is not passed to any third parties

  15. All prices are subject to change .

  16. We keep the right to cancel/decline any customer order that fails agree to our terms and conditions.
